We purchased an apartment at Marine Vistas from Models,a Peter Vaz enterprise. This selection of a Models unit was done after visits to a number of new developments being built in the vicinity. We were very specific in our requirements. Peter’s staff went out of their way to accomodate us. Alterations as required were done and completed on a timely basis.Our architect confirmed to us that materials used in construction were of a very high quality. Today, three years later, the building and our unit is in excellent shape.Our unit has not required any repairs to date.The building is managed very professionally and all in all improved our quality of life— thanks to Peter and his staff.
